KLD Wholesaler charges a monthly subscription fee (varies by region) along with a small 2% commission on every successful order.

How to add products to marketplace after approval?

Once your account is approved, log in to your Wholesaler Dashboard → Product Management. You can add products manually or upload in bulk using our CSV template.

What information is essential when listing a new product?

What are the guidelines for product images?

Upload high-resolution images (at least 1000x1000px) on a white background. Images must be clear and accurate, without watermarks.

How do I set and manage pricing?

Go to Dashboard → Product Management. Set wholesale price, MSRP, MOQ, and enable volume discounts if needed.

Can I offer tiered pricing or volume discounts?

Yes. Set discount levels per product, e.g., 5% off for 10+ units, 10% off for 50+ units.

How will I be notified of new orders?

You’ll receive email notifications for each new order. Orders are also available under Dashboard → Orders.

How do I fulfill an order and update status?

After shipping, mark the order as “Shipped” and add a valid tracking number. Buyers receive real-time updates.

What should I do if a buyer requests a return or refund?

Check Dashboard → Returns & Refunds. Review the buyer’s request and resolve per your policy. See our Returns Policy.

KLD Wholesaler – Seller Code of Conduct

Purpose: The Seller Code of Conduct outlines the ethical, legal, and professional standards required for all sellers. Our marketplace is built on trust, transparency, and fair trade practices.

1) Compliance with Laws and KLD Policies

  • Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws when selling through KLD Wholesaler.
  • Adhere to all KLD Wholesaler Terms, Conditions, and Policies, including those related to product listings, pricing, shipping, returns, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain full responsibility for understanding legal and regulatory requirements in your selling region and in the regions you ship to.

2) Accuracy & Honesty

  • Keep all account details, business registration, and contact information accurate and up to date.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, business, or brand affiliation in any way.
  • Ensure product listings are truthful, clear, and free of misleading claims—descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
  • All product images must accurately depict the product being sold, without deceptive edits or unrelated visuals.

3) Product Safety & Legitimacy

  • Only list genuine, legal, and safe products.
  • Products must meet all industry safety standards, certifications, and quality requirements in the destination country.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, expired, hazardous, or prohibited goods are strictly banned.

4) Professional & Respectful Conduct

  • Communicate with buyers, dropshippers, and KLD support in a professional, respectful, and timely manner.
  • Avoid any form of misleading, inappropriate, or offensive behavior:
    • False product claims
    • Misuse of customer information
    • Inappropriate language or content in listings or messages
  • Ensure all business dealings reflect the trust and reputation of the KLD Wholesaler brand.

5) Fair Selling Practices

  • Unfair, deceptive, or manipulative practices are prohibited:
    • Artificially boosting sales or rankings through fake orders, incentivized purchases, or keyword manipulation
    • Influencing product reviews with false, misleading, or inauthentic feedback
    • Attempting to harm competitors’ listings, reputation, or ratings
    • Misrepresenting sales rank, performance statistics, or product availability

6) Account Usage Rules

  • You may operate only one KLD Wholesaler seller account per region, unless granted written approval for multiple accounts:
    • Managing separate brands or companies
    • Manufacturing for distinct businesses
    • Participating in specialized programs that require separate accounts
  • All accounts must remain in good standing with no outstanding violations.
